Tuesday and Thursday 5:00 to 6:00

For kids 7 years and older

Coach Wayne is now introducing the sport of Pickleball, as part of

“City Kids Tennis” at the Marco Island Racquet Center

Pickleball is a fun game that is played on a badminton court with the net lowered to 34 inches at the center. It is played with a perforated plastic baseball (similar to a whiffle ball) and wood or composite paddles. It is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players.

Pickleball is the fastest growing sport in the country.

Tennis

Red Division

Tuesday and Thursday 4:00 to 5:00

Designed for the beginning player.Stroke production and games as well as the basics in rules of the game. Recommended ages 6 to 8

White Division

Monday and Wednesday 4:00 to 5:00

Designed for players beginning to sustain rallies and play points. Footwork and strokes are emphasized with basic strategy and rules of the game.Recommended ages 7 to 10

Blue Division

Monday and Wednesday 5:00 to 6:00

Advance level training for players wanting to compete in tournaments. Conditioning along with strategical game planning are combined to produce competitive players.
